Terms and Conditions

Agreeing to Our Three Cubs terms and conditions simply means you understand and agree to the below:

Items are handmade, there may be slight flaws. We pride ourselves on providing A1 products, however due to the handmade nature your item may have slight imperfections that are unavoidable.

Our shop is a glitter based shop, however we do offer NON-GLITTERED items. When purchasing a NON-GLITTERED item it may have a speck of glitter here or there. We exhaust all efforts to keep glitter away from these design tumblers but it is not guaranteed.

Our current turnaround time is 2 - 3 weeks from date of purchase. Some products may list a specific turnaround time i.e. ready to ship items which ship within a week of purchasing. If the product description does not specify a turnaround time, your item will fall under the 2- 3 week Turn around time. Note, this is an estimated TAT. Depending on order volume items may ship earlier or later than the estimate TAT.

All orders completed within a given week, will ship on either Friday or Saturday of the same week of completion.

All sales are FINAL and non-refundable If you receive your product and you are not satisfied Our Three Cubs will try it's best to fix the issue.

If you receive your item and it is damaged, you have 48 hours from date received to contact our shop and provide photos of the damage. We will make the determination on what the next course of action will be.
